1-1 Personal Training
This is my premium service. After your free consultation and first session I will write your 4-week program based on your wants, needs and current settings. The sessions are tailored specifically for you and with it being 1-1 you will receive my full and undivided attention
Along with the training sessions you will also have the option to access the following:
> Access to my app to follow your program and complete workouts on your own to compliment the sessions with myself
> Nutritional support and education – this involves recipe packs, documents, and habit setting
> Access to my clients only private Facebook group where you will find like-minded people with similar aspirations and struggles. There are also educational videos within the group and I regularly check in with the group helping clients with accountability and motivation
> Regular support
> Weekly Check-In
> Face-to-face or Zoom live 30 minute Monthly Review
2-1 Personal Training
The consultation phase follows the same format as 1-1 training. 2-1 training is where you will train with me along with either a friend, partner, family member or other. These sessions are still very personalised and each person will work towards their own goals with individual elements to the sessions. There will also be partner elements to the sessions too, which can add a fun element. 2-1 training is good for those who don’t like to train alone and/or for those who want to pay a bit less than the premium price point of the 1-1 training.
With 2-1 training you will have the option to access all the same features as with 1-1 training other than the live Monthly Review. Instead the monthly review is done by filling in an online form, I will then feed back to this via WhatsApp/text.
Small Group Training
As with 1-1 & 2-1 training, you will receive a free consultation. Small Group Training is where 3-6 people train with me in a single session. As with 2-1 training, these sessions are still very personalised and each person will work towards their own goals with individual elements to the sessions. There will also be partner and group elements to parts of the sessions too. Small Group Training is a good option for those who like to train in a group and/or for those who want to pay a bit less than the price points of the 1-1 and 2-1 training options.
With Small Group Training you will have the option to access all of the same features as with 1-1 training other than the live Monthly Review. Instead the monthly review is done by filling in an online form, I will then feed back to this via WhatsApp/text.
Online Coaching is everything you get from face-to-face 1-1 training but without the face-to-face sessions and with an hour long monthly review instead of 30 minutes.

My outdoor Bootcamp is on every Saturday @ 10am, at Victoria Park, Southport.
It is £5 per person, 15 people maximum per session.
It is a circuits based, full body session, with a mix of resistance & bodyweight exercises.
Great for those who love group training, high intensity training and for those looking to add an extra session into their weekly schedule at a low price point.
This isn’t a stand alone service, but can be added as an extra to your personal training or online coaching. This is different to the basic nutritional support and education you will receive as part of your personal training package. Nutritional coaching involves a nutrition consultation, food diary analysis and a nutrition strategy set-up. The strategy set-up may include setting calorie and/or protein targets, setting nutritional habits or a host of other potential nutritional interventions.
Once the initial nutritional set-up has taken place we will usually monitor progress with your usual weekly check-ins and monthly reviews and make any adjustments as necessary, therefore it is usually an initial one off fee. However, if more in depth intervention is needed further nutrition consultations may be required.
