So What do I do and How Could I Potentially Help You?
I am a commercial gym and mobile personal trainer, located in Southport. I am based at Everlast Ocean Plaza, Southport and work in and around the Southport area for my mobile personal training sessions too.
I offer 1-1, 2-1 and small group personal training and also run an outdoor Bootcamp.
I offer different services and packages depending on the wants/needs of the client, and I go into detail about what each service entails in the ‘Services’ section of the website, so do check that out. But, below are some of the things that you can expect if you work with me.

I work with a wide range of people, from people in their early 20’s to people in their 60’s or 70’s, mainly women, and generally help people lose weight, become fitter and healthier, increase strength and shape/tone their bodies, whilst also ensuring the experience is always fun and interesting.

about me...
I have been a Personal Trainer for over 3 years now, having previously played Football professionally upon leaving high school. It’s fair to say health and fitness have been a passion of mine from a young age, largely down to my passion for sport and they are things I remain passionate about long after retiring from Football.
Unfortunately, due to mental health issues I was forced to retire from professional Football at the age of 23, but as a result I looked more into the benefits of nutrition and exercise on mental health as well as receiving psychological treatment. After numerous years of struggling with my mental health, and going through some dark times, trying different medications and different therapists, I found a specialist in OCD and anxiety who dramatically changed my life.
I had always considered becoming a Personal Trainer once I left Football, it seemed a logical transition, but I never felt up to taking the course due to my mental health. My therapist, Rob, changed that for me, and I went for it, and I couldn’t be happier that I did.
I genuinely love my job, whether I’m taking 1-1 or group training sessions, or helping people with online coaching. I love helping others unlock the potential they have to allow them to reach their goals, whatever they may be. My mission is simply to change people’s lives through education, support and empowering people with the tools and mindset to make exercise and healthy eating a part of their lives long term.
